Responsibilities
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.
- Support administrative tasks and coordinate communication between departments
- As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support.
