About the role
- As a Learning Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations, growth, and family experience of a Think Zone learning center.
- This role combines operations, customer success, community outreach, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Manage daily center operations and scheduling
- Maintain smooth and efficient center performance
- Support local marketing events and school partnerships
- Recruit, train, and support tutors with HQ guidance
- Enjoy leading and developing people
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)
Compensation
- 48 working weeks per year
- $61,000-$100,000+
