About the role
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Balance strategic planning with pragmatic execution to ensure plans are both visionary and achievable.
- Represent Czinger Vehicles at auto shows, promotional events, and dealer meetings, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with Czinger's business goals, focusing on brand presence, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and dealerships to promote brand loyalty and facilitate high sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric sales approach.
- Drive training and development initiatives for sales teams and retail partners to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are optimized.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and maintain Czinger's competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-performance vehicles, with proven success in managing dealer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Compensation
- At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at level S07 as evaluated through our interview process.
- Principal / Sales Manager: $154,300 - $212,160
- $154,300 - $212,160 USD
