About the role
- Milestone Contracting is establishing a long-term presence in the East Kootenay region and is seeking skilled Civil Operators to join our growing team.
- This role is based out of Cranbrook, BC, with projects located throughout the Kootenays.
Responsibilities
- As an Operator, you will support a variety of civil construction projects including underground utilities, grading, earthworks, roadworks, and municipal infrastructure.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience operating the following equipment is considered an asset:
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of construction site safety
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Safety certifications considered an asset
