Responsibilities
- Develop global standards, policies, and SOPs for E2E supply chain processes that supports operations and global scalability.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities across the supply chain and lead corresponding continuous improvement initiatives to address the aforementioned items.
- Drive process harmonization while allowing for local adaptability where necessary.
- Work with supply chain functional teams to collaborate with those including but not limited to operations, EVSMs, product management, procurement, and finance to identify gaps and action plans for improvements.
- Lead training, communication, and change management initiatives related to supply chain processes.
- Assist in development of key output and KPI requirements that support the S&OP and S&OE processes.
Requirements

- Required Minimum Qualifications
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
- A certification in supply chain is desired
- Deep understanding of E2E supply chain concepts (S&OP/IBP, MRP, order fulfillment, logistics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana) and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
- Ability to analyze project needs and balance competing interests, and to determine the resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems that often span multiple environments in a business area
- Change management and transformational change certifications are preferred
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations,
- Understanding of process definition, mapping, analysis and implementation.
- Knowledge of supply planning process across different business units, production plants, products and geographies within the organization.
- Understanding of analytics, with experience collecting, organizing and disseminating information accurately.
- Can use thought leadership to anticipate future needs and changes that might be required
- Has strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, alignment and commitment
