About the role

You'll be knowledgeable of treasury management products, quickly learning products and services.
You'll train clients on how to use bank products as well as provide troubleshooting and assistance with client's software and integration.
Utilize all resources to assist clients with account payment research and lockbox inquiries.

Use systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload, actively supporting the team to achieve performance goals. Maintain a working knowledge of related federal banking regulations and bank policies and procedures.
Build trust and relationships with clients as well as Sales Team to ensure organic growth of deposits. Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge.
You'll provide excellent customer service, accurate information, build client trust, and navigate challenging situations and tasks.

1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field.
Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
