About the role
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
Responsibilities
- Physical Therapist (PT) Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
