- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

- Position Overview The Arena Experience Intern will support the Arena Experience team, which includes Guest Experience, Suites & Guest Services.
- This role will provide hands-on experience in event operations and guest services within a fast-paced, live-event environment.
- The intern will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as well as event preparation and execution to help ensure a flawless and memorable experience for all guests at Capital One Arena.

- Assist in the coordination and execution of game days and arena events, supporting Guest Experience, Suite Experience & Guest Services operations.
- Support part-time staff operations, including event check-in, staffing logistics, and general event preparation.
- Help maintain accurate staff and event records.
- Assist with scheduling support and administrative tasks using internal systems (e.g., ABI, incident reporting tools, training platforms).
- Contribute to the preparation of event materials such as signage, staffing sheets, and operational documents.
- Support inventory management, including uniforms and event-related supplies.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist with creating and updating event-specific and departmental resources.
- Provide front-line customer service by assisting guests and Team Members with questions, directions, and issue resolutions outside and during events.
- Support the operations of systems including but not limited to; ABI, 24/7 & SkyPrep Perform other duties as assigned to support the Arena Experience team.
- Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
