About the role
- The Administrative Assistant in Student Life provides essential administrative and operational support that enables the effective delivery of student services and programs across the division.
- This position serves as a central point of coordination for office operations specifically within the Center for Student Involvement, including scheduling, communication, records management, and support for divisional initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Office Operations: Provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations of Student Life offices.

- Coordination, Events Program Support: Assists with planning and execution of meetings, events, and student activities, including logistics, space scheduling, materials preparation, and follow‑up.

Requirements

Compensation
