About the role

  • Our Construction Management team is seeking a Project Controls Specialist III (Scheduler) to work on various rail/transit projects.
  • This position will be based in at our client site five days per week.
  • Participate in logistical and delivery and work force planning with project personnel, and incorporate into a CPM schedule using Primavera P6 Software.

  • Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs required.
  • Whether you are a Veteran, Guardsman or Reservist, a Military Spouse or you are planning to transition to civilian life in the near future, we welcome and value your application.
  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications with PMI or AACEI is also preferable.

  • T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,200-$142,800 annually for this position and local market. Compensation

  • As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,200-$142,800 annually for this position and local market.
