Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end developer journey, from onboarding to production integration
- Identify friction points across the developer experience and drive usability improvements
- Drive adoption and growth of Business API Banking (BAB) platforms
- Enable fast, reliable, and scalable partner integrations
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve developer-facing experiences and integration flows
- Support measurable growth in API usage and partner onboarding efficiency
- Drive the evolution and continuous improvement of the developer portal experience
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive data-informed decisions and prioritization
- Optimize onboarding, documentation, and shared developer tools
- Support engineering productivity and enablement initiatives
