About the role
- The Air Dominance & Strike division is scaling at an unprecedented pace.
- As our business grows across engineering, manufacturing, labs, classified programs, and production, translating organizational growth into executable facilities strategies has become a critical capability.
- This role serves as the strategic bridge between AD&S Business Operations and Corporate Facilities, ensuring facilities planning decisions accurately reflect business priorities, program growth, and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the division's demand planning process by translating hiring forecasts, organizational changes, program milestones, and business priorities into actionable facilities strategies
- Build and maintain scalable forecasting models that provide detailed planning across a rolling 18-month horizon while informing long-term (5+ year) portfolio decisions
- Develop and maintain the AD&S Facilities Plan of Record, providing executive visibility into future building acquisitions, releases, consolidations, neighborhood strategies, and organizational transitions
- Develop a deep understanding of team workflows, collaboration models, security requirements, hiring plans, and operational constraints to proactively shape facilities strategy
- Rather than executing moves or managing construction projects, you'll build the operating model that enables them.
- Via Agency Partner: If contacted by a recruiting agency for an Anduril role, their email will clearly identify their agency.
- By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold.
Requirements
- You're highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven while maintaining the ability to think strategically
- 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Facilities Strategy, Corporate Real Estate, Portfolio Planning, Workplace Strategy, or a related strategic operations role within a high-growth organization
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve rapidly
Nice to have
- Experience interpreting floor plans, organizational stack plans, or facilities data is preferred
Compensation
- $129,000 - $171,000 USD
