About the role
- The Ski and Ride School (SRS) Programs Supervisor guides programs to ensure a quality guest experience.
- The Programs Supervisor will take responsibility for the range of programs offered throughout the season.
- This includes, but is not limited to, Kids Club Arapahoe, S.E.S., Blackpackers, and other large groups.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the operations for SRS Specialty programs
- Enforce and support company and department policies and procedures
- Coach, support, and evaluate pros
- Facilitate current SRS programs and help to develop future programs
- Independently develop and drive business opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate with guests, parents, and partners to ensure a positive experience
- This role, in conjunction with SRS Management, delivers revenue contributions and provides a fulfilling experience for both guests and staff.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use scheduling and inventory software (RTP, Flaik)
- Self-motivated and ability to self-direct while performing multiple tasks
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
Nice to have
- Organizational leadership experience preferred
- Current with PSIA-AASI, Level 2 Certification and CS1 preferred
Compensation
- The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position.
