Responsibilities

  • Maintain awareness of organizational priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to proactively support the Chief of Staff with timely insights that support planning and strategic decision‑making.
  • Support process improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies, gathering stakeholder input, and recommending practical and feasible solutions.
  • We provide thought leadership for complex issues through independent analysis, and we deliver practical, useful solutions.
  • Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Office of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer.
  • In this key role, you will work directly alongside the Chief of Staff to drive daily execution, manage operational tempos, and ensure leadership is constantly prepared in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, public administration, organizational leadership, marketing, communications or a related field
  • 10+ years of administrative support experience, including at least two years of experience with the DoD.
  • 14+ years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience anticipating hurdles and upcoming requirements, preparing relevant materials proactively, and solving administrative or logistical bottlenecks independently.
  • Experience synthesizing discussions and complex information into clear, concise summaries that highlight essential decisions, insights, and next steps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, shared document workspaces, and scheduling software to keep tasks transparent and organized.
  • Attend key meetings with the Chief of Staff to capture accurate and actionable minutes, including decisions, clearly defined action items with assigned owners and suspenses, and required follow-ups.

Compensation

  • $119,200 - $172,900 USD

Visa & Work Authorization

  • Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
