Manage Event Response - Support the Offices and workers in event (incident) management function, including processes for reporting, investigation, management committee reviews, corrective action monitoring, and lessons learned communications.
Analyze and Report on Safety Trends - Generate regular and ad hoc reports on specific proactive and reactive indicator metrics. Participate in small work teams on problem identification and problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to be innovative, tactical, initiate and manage change, work collaboratively, negotiate, influence without authority, facilitate, solve problems, make decisions, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years' of related experience is required (total 7+ years).
Proven interpersonal, communication, writing, and computer skills.
Hold a valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
