Responsibilities
- Manage Event Response - Support the Offices and workers in event (incident) management function, including processes for reporting, investigation, management committee reviews, corrective action monitoring, and lessons learned communications.
- Analyze and Report on Safety Trends - Generate regular and ad hoc reports on specific proactive and reactive indicator metrics. Participate in small work teams on problem identification and problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, tactical, initiate and manage change, work collaboratively, negotiate, influence without authority, facilitate, solve problems, make decisions, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

Requirements
- For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years' of related experience is required (total 7+ years).
- Proven interpersonal, communication, writing, and computer skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
- Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.
