About the role
- The Merchandising Manager, Intimates & Swim role is responsible for delighting Quince's growing customer base by expanding and managing the Intimates & Swim product assortment on Quince.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with production development, sourcing and technical design to develop and improve Women's Intimates and Swim products
- Partner with planning, site merchandising and marketing to grow these businesses
- Obsess about every aspect of our products (quality, price, etc.) to deliver for the customer
- Help drive the business forward to meet sales targets, customer ratings/return rates and improved margins

Requirements
- 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in the Women's Intimates category, preferably with luxury expertise
- Proven track record of progressing within an organization and demonstrating continuous growth in roles and responsibilities
- Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools and external sources
Nice to have
- E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Compensation
- $135,000 - $155,000 USD
