  • Your Impact As a Test / Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring Qualitrol's products are manufactured with the highest levels of quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and optimize manufacturing test systems, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the delivery of industry-leading monitoring and protection solutions for critical electrical infrastructure.
  • Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will drive improvements in manufacturability, testability, productivity, and operational excellence while supporting new product introductions and sustaining existing product lines.
  • Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures for new and existing products.
  • Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Perform time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Support new product introduction by ensuring products are manufacturable and testable.
  • Investigate production and test failures using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with Quality to support CAPA, PFMEA, control plans, and process validation activities.
  • Develop and track KPIs related to yield, throughput, cycle time, and equipment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to improve product design for manufacturability and testability.

Requirements

  • Here's Where You'll Demonstrate Your Proficiency Design, develop, validate, and maintain manufacturing test processes, fixtures, and automated test equipment.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and process capability studies.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PLCs, automation, data acquisition systems, or manufacturing software is preferred.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
