Prefer regulatory experience, HIPAA compliance experience, and experience in performing diverse duties substantially similar to the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
Prefer a minimum 2 years of experience practicing law in the insurance industry.
Active license to practice law and admission to at least 1 state bar maintained in good standing required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the practice of law, either in an in-house position or with a law firm, required.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
