Responsibilities

- LEAD AT INDEPENDENCE PREPARATORY ACADEMY iPrep teammates are perpetual learners, challenging the status quo and solving challenges together.
- Build teacher expertise in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension through modeling, co-teaching, and targeted feedback.
- Lead the coordination and analysis of reading assessments, including screeners, diagnostics, and progress monitoring tools, to evaluate student growth and inform instructional adjustments.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is between $56,744 and $72,353.
