Requirements
- Experience coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working within a PMO or project governance framework.
- Experience supporting leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with portfolio reporting, dashboard development, and business process improvement.
- Required:
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred:
- CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer services, or regulated industry experience.
- Change management experience (Prosci or equivalent).
