About the role

We are looking for an AI Systems Specialist to join Rokt's G&A Enablement team in New York City.

Monitor systems issues and partner with senior team members, vendors, IT, or engineering to resolve them.
AI & Automation Use AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, testing, data review, workflow design, and automation.
Support automation initiatives across financial and cross-functional systems and workflows Learn and apply low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted development practices where appropriate.
Track and report on automation ROI Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Security & People team to support cross functional workflows, systems integrations between adjacent systems and ensure seamless data flows.
Help translate business process needs into clear system requirements, documentation, and support plans.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks Clear communicator who can document processes and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.

About you: 3-5 years of experience in finance or business systems, consulting, or a related role.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration is preferred but not required Strong interest in finance technology, automation and AI-assisted ways of working.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, system exports/imports, and structured problem-solving.
Basic familiarity with APIs, scripting, SQL, JavaScript, or low-code tools is a plus, but deep engineering experience is not required.

We are looking for a AI Systems Specialist Target total compensation ranges from $157,000 - $214,000, including a fixed annual salary of $140,000 - $174,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
