About the role
- Tiger-Sul is a subsidiary of Tessenderlo Kerley and is seeking a Batch Maker for the Day Shift in Atmore Alabama.
- The Batch Maker is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and processing liquid Sulphur and raw materials, including Bentonite and other micronutrients, using a batching system.
- This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with belt operators to support the pastille production process and ensure product quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies and sanitation standards.
- Support production goals by working collaboratively with team members and maintaining production schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow production formulas and batch sheets precisely, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.
