Responsibilities

  • The General Production Team Members support the Smart Chicken poultry processing operations by performing a variety of production and labor functions as assigned.

  • Debone support functions, including the safe use of knives and cutting tools
  • Production flex assignments, rotating between positions as needed to support production requirements

Requirements

  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling product as required by the position
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Team members in this position may be required to perform one or more of the following duties, including but not limited to:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tools, and equipment as required

Compensation

  • $15.10 - $20.10 + hourly bonus of up to $3.00/ hr
