About the role
- Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area.
- In locations providing DMV license services, processes transactions and resolves routine problems.
- Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards.

Requirements
- High School GED Required
- 1-3 years Branch Specialist 1 and/or 2 or related experience Required
- Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis
- Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
- As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license
- Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required.
- Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences. (5% proficiency)
- Basic computer literacy and data input skills
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties
- Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred
