- This role focuses on enabling sales execution with credible, data-driven insights while contributing market and customer intelligence that informs product positioning and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in preparation of technical inputs for proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize market insights, sales engineering findings, and competitive benchmarking to support product positioning, differentiation, and roadmap development.
- Support development and communication of market-driven product requirements and priorities to Program Management and Product Development teams.
- Develop market assessments and competitive analyses to help identify commercial opportunities and quantify market size.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related technical field.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, customer-facing insights.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer and business needs.
- Familiarity with FAA operational and certification frameworks (e.g., Parts 23, 25, 91,135, and 121).
- Experience with electric or hybrid-electric aircraft, aviation infrastructure, or advanced air mobility.
- Pilot, A&P maintainer, or other aviation certifications.

Compensation
- $115,000 - $140,000 USD
