About the role
- Based out of our USA office in Lower Manhattan, this is the senior-most sales leadership role for Myprotein in North America.
- This is a pivotal moment for the brand as it transforms from a DTC business into a true omnichannel player.
- We have already secured major listings with some of the largest retailers in the US and intend to expand across all major channels in the short to mid term.
Responsibilities
- From Manchester to New York, we're powered by a team of over 2500 people who work together, lead by example, and think BIG.
- Own and deliver the North America sales strategy and revenue plan across all channels
- Build, structure and scale the US sales organisation; recruit, coach and lead a high-performing team
- Own the customer P&L and the total level of trade investment across the portfolio
- Drive the shift from DTC to omnichannel; prioritise the channels and accounts that build sustainable share
- Partner with brand, category, marketing, supply chain and finance to align commercial plans and launches
- Manage in-month performance versus forecast and hold accruals and pricing discipline across the portfolio
- Build the talent pipeline and succession plan for the sales function

- 12 to 15 years or more in sales and commercial leadership, including leading teams at scale
