About the role
- We're looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who doesn't just post content but lives in the communities we serve.
- We're looking for someone with true lived online experience: the kind of person who understands ADHD and internet culture because they actively participate in it.
- This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it social media role.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day content uploading, scheduling, and coordination across all social platforms for Thesis and Stasis
- Triple-click into relevant subject matter, trends, and community conversations to develop nuanced, insight-led content that goes beyond surface-level takes or filler posts
- Work closely with the design team to brief, develop, and refine social-first creative assets
- Community Building & Engagement
- Define and develop what community means at Thesis across all brands and products
- Own proactive community management, engage authentically in Reddit threads, social comments, and DMs where our community gathers
- Build relationships with community members, advocates, and creators in the ADHD space

- That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity.
- The base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000-85,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
