About the role
- Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team, serving patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
- You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Visit and reimbursement rates vary based on visit type and employment status (1099 or W2).
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PT Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
Compensation
- $25k-$65k
