About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to oversee our daily warehousing operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical products or IVD manufacturing industry and will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and leading a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee warehouse operations to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space requirements to streamline storage and retrieval processes.
- Manage logistics and supply chain issues, including transportation and distribution activities.
- Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, and perform cost analysis to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain records of warehouse activities and generate reports for upper management.
- Collaborate effectively with various China team member and communicate in Mandarin on inventory checks, policy synchronization, and translations, enhancing work accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients and team members, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.

- ERP Systems Experience Required (Netsuite experience is a plus) Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in the medical products or IVD manufacturing industry.
