About the role
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with our product and engineering teams to codify security best practices into our underwriting algorithms, rating models and risk management apps.
- You will also be expected to demonstrate high throughput in handling case workload alongside your team, ensuring that our policyholders get rapid and valuable security guidance.
Responsibilities
- develop tailored, actionable recommendations and enhancements.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical support for Coalition's security products via ticketing system and scheduled phone calls with policyholders and prospective policyholders.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience securing cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including system hardening procedures for Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Experience with SCADA / industrial control systems (ICS) networks.
Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
- The US base salary for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $153,400/year in our highest geographic market.
