Responsibilities
- Maintain a trained and qualified staff complement and hold staff accountable for compliance training and the use of safe work practices.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees while building and maintaining effective relationships and empowering team members to succeed.
Requirements
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
- Degree in Engineering or Sciences or related degree.
Compensation
- $112,402.00 - $161,224.00
