About the role
- T1 Energy is looking to hire a Warehouse Shift Lead for our G1 facility in Wilmer, TX.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of (6 forklift drivers, 3 inventory specialists, 2 clerks)
- Manage high-volume logistics, coordinating
- Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Experience leading maintenance teams in 24/7 operations
