  • Salary: The salary range for this position is $105 000- $170 000.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with EEE parts selection and qualification for high-reliability or space environments
  • Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IPC, MIL, ECSS, NASA guidelines)
  • Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with embedded C/C++ or scripting (Python, MATLAB) for testing and automation
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance in Canada at the reliability status level (and potentially at the higher levels), and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
  • Due to the security clearance required for Mission Control's facility, only Canadian Citizen's and Permanent Residents are eligible at this time.

  • Experience in space, aerospace, or other high-reliability industries
  • Familiarity with radiation effects and mitigation techniques
  • Experience with hardware validation in regulated environments

  • Experience leading design reviews or small engineering teams
  • Knowledge of FPGA-based systems or high-speed interfaces

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $105 000- $170 000.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience
  • This position may be based in Ottawa or St.
  • The successful candidate must live near one of our office locations, or be willing to relocate.
