About the role

  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
  • Review daily orders and organize process for picking.
  • Inspect all pallets that are leaving the Warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Perform final warehouse inspection to ensure housekeeping has been completed properly, including dock areas, staging, and return areas, and address any issues.
  • Provide ongoing support, training and act as escalation point.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with any necessary performance coaching plans and provide support for employee development initiatives.

Requirements

  • L ift: Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Push/Pull: Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds.
  • Stand: Must be able to stand 80% of the day.
  • Sitting: Must be able to sit 20% of the day.
  • Twisting/Bending: Must be able to twist/bend 50% of the day.
  • Squatting, Climbing and/or Crawling: Must be able to squat/climb/crawl 20% of the day.
  • Experience utilizing ERP system (preferably JD Edwards).
  • Proven ability to learn new computer skills and programs.
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds.
  • Able to utilize math to perform basic inventory counts.
  • Able to read and interpret directions and order details.
  • Able to communicate both in writing and verbally.
  • Able to operate forklift safely.
  • Able to operate RFGen Gun.
  • 5 + Years Warehouse Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
