Responsibilities
- You will lead the execution on a variety of transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructuring, liability management, capital markets and distressed mergers & acquisitions
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence, lead and execute M&A transactions
- Lead a deal team including associates and analysts, serving as the "day to day" point person to drive a process and interact with the client
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
- Develop and review financial models
- Develop professional network and relationships with firm, client and target professionals
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Strong understanding of credit documents and liability management transactions
- Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

- The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $250,000-$260,000
