- Contribute to market expansion and scaling efforts by ensuring that sites are prepared for increased demand and operational complexity.
Responsibilities
- Drive Site Profitability.
- Review site P&Ls, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans to achieve goals.
- by designing, building and executing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience.
- Support Growth Initiatives.
- Strategize: by designing, building and executing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience.
- You act like an owner. You do what it takes to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
Requirements
- You are a data-first problem solver with excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
- You're a proven leader.
- You have led & managed teams of 15+ employees
- You have 3+ years' experience: In Operations, Consulting, Strategy or related field
Nice to have
- Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
- You have operational experience in logistics and/or Fulfillment Center/Warehousing
- You have built and trained high performing teams
Compensation
- Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
- Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.

- The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
