Contribute to market expansion and scaling efforts by ensuring that sites are prepared for increased demand and operational complexity.

Review site P&Ls, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans to achieve goals.

You are a data-first problem solver with excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
You're a proven leader.
You have led & managed teams of 15+ employees
You have 3+ years' experience: In Operations, Consulting, Strategy or related field

Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
You have operational experience in logistics and/or Fulfillment Center/Warehousing
You have built and trained high performing teams

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
