Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or Data Governance
Strong expertise in SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, MDG, BTP)
Knowledge of data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK)
Proven experience managing data quality frameworks and governance initiatives
Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.

The expected salary range for this position is $133,000 - $158,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Scope of Position
The SAP Master Data Manager is responsible for the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of master data across SAP systems.
This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity to support business operations, analytics, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will lead data governance initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in data management processes
This position reports to the VP/ GM of Fluid Solutions.
This role is hybrid and based in North Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Define and implement master data governance frameworks, policies, and standards within SAP.
Establish data ownership, stewardship models, and accountability structures.
Lead data governance councils and ensure alignment with business objectives
Monitor, analyze, and improve data quality across domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, etc.).
