About the role
- West Monroe is currently seeking a Manager to join our CFO Advisory team within our Operations Excellence practice.
- Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
- Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital finance transformation projects across various implementation workstreams, overseeing engagement scope, budget, deliverables, profitability, work management and reporting, change management, vendor management, and team development.
- Achieve business development goals primarily through building networks with internal partners, educating channel partners on Financial Management offerings, farming opportunities, and scoping projects/proposals.
- Expert project manager with extensive experience leading multiple ERP strategy projects including developing work plans, project scopes, pricing estimates, budget management, issue and risk management, and presenting deliverables.
- At least 1 year of people management experience, and a passion for developing and coaching more junior team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables, and polished client-facing oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline (e.g., Information Technology, MIS, Finance & Accounting) or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience advising clients on the selection and implementation of ERP solutions ( SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred)
- must have been an active team member or PM on at least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations
Compensation
- Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
- Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses.
- $154,400 - $181,500 USD
