This is a unique opportunity to help define the role of AI in law, working at a fast-moving startup with clear product-market fit, a world-class team, and customers who say they can't imagine their lives without GC AI.

Partner with in-house lawyers to deeply understand their workflows (research, contracts, diligence, document analysis, compliance, etc.) and design practical AI-powered solutions.
Lead prompting workshops and training sessions to boost customer adoption and confidence in using AI effectively.
Position GC AI as the trusted legal AI partner by bringing credibility, expertise, and empathy to every interaction.
Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

4+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years practicing (or working in legal ops) in-house.
Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively.
Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g. CLM, automation, or other legal software).

Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation.
Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech adoption.

In this role, you'll draft powerful AI prompts, partner directly with customers to solve their most pressing workflow challenges, and teach courses that inspire and equip lawyers to embrace AI in their practice.
The Solutions Org is the strategic bridge between our technology and our customers.
We are hiring across three dedicated tracks (all of which include teaching our Academy classes).
Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs to showcase the versatility of GC AI to both prospects and customers.
