About the role

Resolve discrepancies and report on profitability of projects. - Update milestone billing report and ensure accurate invoices are sent in a timely manner.

Ensure project is delivered in accordance with the Contract/PO and specifications.
Analyze project revenue, cost, and profitability, including material and labor costs against project quote.
Resolve discrepancies and report on profitability of projects.
Update milestone billing report and ensure accurate invoices are sent in a timely manner.
Review customer specifications, project quotes, and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
Serve as single point of contact to management for all project information and status updates.
Participate in contract negotiations and follow through entire project.
Ensure the requirements and requisitions for procured items are provided to Materials Departments in a timely manner.
