- Ensure project is delivered in accordance with the Contract/PO and specifications.
- Analyze project revenue, cost, and profitability, including material and labor costs against project quote.
- Resolve discrepancies and report on profitability of projects.
- Update milestone billing report and ensure accurate invoices are sent in a timely manner.
- Review customer specifications, project quotes, and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Serve as single point of contact to management for all project information and status updates.
- Participate in contract negotiations and follow through entire project.
- Ensure the requirements and requisitions for procured items are provided to Materials Departments in a timely manner.
