Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of post graduate experience
  • Recent outpatient experience required (at least a year in the past 5 years)
  • Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

  • Role Purpose
  • Physician Assistant to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in Greater Miami - using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next.
  • You'll practice with autonomous scope where appropriate, partner closely with supervising Physicians for escalation and oversight, and work alongside Operators and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.
  • What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months
  • Comprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support - with consistent quality across every member visit.
  • Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that lands - measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.
  • Clear, timely escalation to supervising Physicians on findings that warrant physician-level review - strengthening continuity of care and clinical quality across the clinic.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, Physicians, and care teams that improves continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.
