About the role
- Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a On Call Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.
- You will serve as a key point of contact throughout each guest's stay, responding to requests, anticipating needs, and providing personalized service that reflects Four Seasons' renowned hospitality standards.
- This position reports to the Front Desk Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and recognizing guest preferences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations, room assignments, and payments.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, or guest service environment.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Guest-centric mindset with an understanding of the importance of personalized service.
- Current work authorization in the United States.
