Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations and coordination Manage and track RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and owners Support HCAI/OSHPD compliance processes, inspections, and documentation requirements Maintain accurate project logs and ensure timely distribution of project communications Assist with project scheduling, procurement, and material tracking Review construction drawings and specifications for completeness and constructability Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes/action items Support project closeout including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and turnover documentation Promote a collaborative and professional working environment across project teams
