About the role
- This includes working, in collaboration, with others within the Satellite Operations team as well as other Lightspeed segments to improve efficiencies, through innovation, across all facets of in-orbit fleet operations.
Responsibilities
- Leads integration of SCS systems and development of satellite operations products
- Leads SOC testing, validation and verification of SatOps systems
- Develops of satellite operations products and implementation into the SCS systems
- Leads Satellite Operations Centre (SOC) concepts of operation and administrative systems development
- Manages maintenance of satellite operating procedures
- Leads development of the Satellite Data Platform (SDP) design, analytics and maintenance
- Leads development of the Satellite Data Platform (SDP) design, analytics and maintenance; focusing on short and long-term trending of satellite telemetry data;
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor degree in an Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, or the equivalent;
