Responsibilities
- Homebot's "special sauce" is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customer's clients) to build wealth through homeownership.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from both inbound and warm sources.
- Build relationships with referral partners and sales leadership to increase deal velocity.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Identify patterns in prospect objections and collaborate with sales enablement to optimize sales scripts.
- Become a top performer and a go-to teammate for peer support.
Requirements
- Ability to make 100+ calls/day and hold 3+ meetings/day
- Ability to demo product value with confidence and clarity
- Experienced in utilizing a modern sales tech stack - including CRM systems, outbound dialing tools, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach) - to streamline workflows, optimize outreach, and maximize revenue opportunities
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and predictable revenue delivery.
- Strong communication, time management, and follow-through skills
- Resilience, curiosity, and a self-starting, growth-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
- 1-3+ years in a high-velocity inside sales or SMB AE role (SaaS preferred)

Compensation
- We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards.
- We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary.
- This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000.
- The on target earnings for this role range from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on skill and experience (with uncapped commission potential via our accelerated comp model).
