Responsibilities

  • Support daily jobsite operations alongside the Superintendent
  • Maintain and update 3-week lookahead schedules
  • Project Management Support
  • Manage project documentation in Procore/Autodesk (RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, photos)
  • Support budget tracking and cost reporting efforts
  • Draft weekly project updates for clients and design teams
  • Track and document construction progress (photos, scans, as-builts)
  • Support incident reporting and coordination with Safety Director
  • Tools, Equipment & Field Support
  • Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and tracking

Skills

  • Blueprint reading and construction knowledge (start-to-finish understanding)
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with scheduling and construction documentation
  • Strong construction math skills
  • Preferred Certifications
  • Equipment operation certifications
  • Ability to work on active construction sites in all weather conditions
  • Frequent walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working at heights
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Work on high-end, design-forward residential projects
  • Clear path for career growth into Assistant Superintendent or Project Manager
  • CPR/First Aid
