Responsibilities
- Support daily jobsite operations alongside the Superintendent
- Maintain and update 3-week lookahead schedules
- Project Management Support
- Manage project documentation in Procore/Autodesk (RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, photos)
- Support budget tracking and cost reporting efforts
- Draft weekly project updates for clients and design teams
- Track and document construction progress (photos, scans, as-builts)
- Support incident reporting and coordination with Safety Director
- Tools, Equipment & Field Support
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and tracking
Skills
- Blueprint reading and construction knowledge (start-to-finish understanding)
- Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with scheduling and construction documentation
- Strong construction math skills
- Preferred Certifications
- Equipment operation certifications
- Ability to work on active construction sites in all weather conditions
- Frequent walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working at heights
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Work on high-end, design-forward residential projects
- Clear path for career growth into Assistant Superintendent or Project Manager
- CPR/First Aid
