This is an opportunity to help shape what a best-in-class recruiting function looks like at a fast-growing health tech startup - and grow alongside it.
You'll ensure candidate records, job postings, and pipeline data are accurate and up-to-date. - Help improve recruiting processes and execution.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline scheduling. You'll coordinate logistics, manage last-minute changes, and keep every interview running on time and on track.
Maintain ATS hygiene (we use Ashby). You'll ensure candidate records, job postings, and pipeline data are accurate and up-to-date.
Help improve recruiting processes and execution. You'll proactively identify opportunities to build and improve the coordination infrastructure that powers our recruiting engine - from templates and workflows to candidate comms and experience surveys.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 USD.
The listed range is a guideline from Pave https://www.pave.com/ data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc.
Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.

Candid Health is an in-person team with offices in New York, San Francisco and Denver and employees are expected to be in office 4 days a week.
