About the role
- The Account Manager at Pref-Tech will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- You will identify growth opportunities and increase revenue with your account base and stay abreast of current and emerging technologies to help aid our clients in making informed decisions through strategic account management.
- This is a non-prospecting role focused on deepening engagement within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, assume accountability, and serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned accounts, sales projects and sales tasks.
- Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and expand services within your assigned accounts. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintain and continue to develop sales and design skills and certifications.
- Work closely with internal teams to include but not limited to Design Estimation and Operations to ensure accurate pricing and to allow for effective execution of proposed projects.
- Manage deals and contacts in Pref-Tech's CRM.
- Maintain In-depth knowledge of products and services that Pref-Tech

- We continuously develop our knowledge and transfer that knowledge to each other, our customers, and our vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise accounts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing relationships at the C Suite level.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) may be required.
Nice to have
- PSP Certification Preferred
- Security Integration experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred

- 401K Safe Harbor Plan with matching dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of annual gross salary (Traditional and Roth options available)
