Requirements
- Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary technical teams, including performance management, coaching, and employee development, while delivering digital products across the full lifecycle;
- Experience managing the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of digital products or technology-enabled services;
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across multiple disciplines and organizational levels;
- Knowledge in project and program management, specifically planning projects, breaking down large work items into value-adding iterations and milestones, estimating work, capacity planning, resource and risk management;
- Experience providing technical and delivery-oriented recommendations to clients, management, and stakeholders;
- Experience managing vendor and service provider relationships;
- Experience identifying operational efficiencies, service improvements, and opportunities for technology modernization;
- Experience with various development methodologies such as waterfall, scrum and Kanban, including use of modern tooling to support development and operations.
- Each bilingual position is assigned a linguistic profile that identifies the level of second language proficiency for reading comprehension, written expression and oral interaction required.
