About the role

  • SMB Team is seeking an internal, Creative Marketing Director to join our team.
  • The salary for this role is $130,000 annually.
  • Every week, we get hundreds of lawyers on our webinars by interviewing top thought leaders (as seen on our YouTube).

Responsibilities

  • This role does not require mastery of every creative platform or medium, but does require enough practical experience to lead creative teams effectively, evaluate quality of work, guide execution, and contribute within their own areas of strength.

Requirements

  • Every piece of creative, whether an ad, a video, a landing page, or a photo shoot, must be on brand, conversion-focused, and built to perform.
  • Work from the office is required at times, and optional at others.

Compensation

  • The salary for this role is $130,000 annually.
